Sometimes I think we have a habit of taking our deceased loved ones for granted or allowing our own ego to get in the way of allowing our loved ones to come through to protect and guide us. This is true in all aspects of life, not just from evil spirits.

This is what your deceased lived ones want you to know. They are always with you and will be there no matter what. But, it’s up to us to be open to listening to them when they communicate to us. As I woke up from the dream I remembered I fell asleep before saying a prayer to protect myself and give thanks to God. That is why my mom came through to help protect and guide me through and out of the dream. I have on rare occasions experienced a evil spirit being around in my house when I was awake. All I had to do is ask God for help and protection. Once I did that my guardian angels and deceased loved ones came to my rescue and got rid of it as I watched them all appear in different colored spirit orbs. I knew I was safe then.

Hello, I have a question about astral projection. I started to get interested in this a little while after my mum passed in april. I thought I may be able to see her and speak with her if I managed to achieve astral projection. Since this interest, every time i sleep on my back I go into sleep paralysis. However, I cant progress into astral projection because it is very scary for me as I feel like I'm suffocating when this happens. I panic and force myself to wake up. This only ever happened about once a year before this. It sometimes lasts a long time. This has happened about 3 times per week since my mum died, as mentioned on a previous post. I no longer try to go into it anymore(due to the suffocating feeling), but it still happens. I read that sleep paralysis is the pathway to astral projection. Why has this started to happen so frequently since simply taking an interest in it? Is this connected to the afterlife? I am concerned about it as I now cannot seem to stop this happening. Could it be my mum trying to communicate? Im asking due to more knowledge around this in this group.

Have you ever experienced that inner voice warning you to not get in your car. Or, do not become friends with a stranger you just met at a gathering, or out in public and invite them into your home? Did you listen to that inner voice? If not, did you learn later that inner voice was right? That voice is your guardian angels and deceased loved ones trying to guide and protect you. But, there is only so much they can do when we make the choice to ignore it and allow our own ego to talk us out of what they are guiding us to and protecting us from.
